Dreamcatchers Wired incorporate a red nylon coated, braided stainless steel wire, adjustable hoop with that of a traditional non retractable wire brush.
The hoop is expandable is size and can be played hoop to the upside or the underside of the wire filaments. The ‘Wired’ hoop has a more weighted but flexible feel which results in a louder more robust sound. The cymbal focus, when more definition is wanted has more attack. When playing with the hoops on the upside, the wires nest into the ‘Wired’ hoop produces a big 'fat' back beat! All the Dreamcatchers series are fantastic for most genres of music but also known for producing an excellent 'train beats' sound.
